What you'll need: 1 cup quinoa, rinsed 2 cups water 1 medium white onion (cut in 1.5 inch strips) 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 cloves of garlic (minced) 2 teaspoons dried basil 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese (part of which for garnish)
