baked oatmeal

Oatmeal baked with ripe bananas, blueberries, cinnamon, honey and walnuts. Servered with a dollop of greek yogurt. If using frozen berries make sure to dethaw in a strainer so that all the liquid does not get added to the oatmeal making it mush.
