A nice way to dress up your standard skinless chicken breast with a stuffing made of feta cheese, sun dried tomatos and spinach.


  • 1/2 cup - blue cheese crumbled
  • 4 whole - chicken breast skinless
  • 2 tablespoons - crushed garlic
  • 1 whole - egg beating
  • 1/2 cup - feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 cup - Italian bread crumbs
  • 2 teaspoons - olive oil
  • 1 package - spinach fresh
  • 1/4 cup - sun dried tomatos diced


Pre-heat oven to 375 degres


  • Combine the feta and blue cheese with the spinach, sun dried tomato's, garlic and olive oil.
  1. Pound the chicken breast flat
  2. Dip the chicken breast in the egg, making sure the breast are covered in the egg.
  3. Roll the chicken breast in the bread crumbs
  4. Place the stuffing mixture in the middle of the flattened chicken breast and fold the breast over
  5. Place the chicken breast in the stove and cook for about 35 mins.
