Deep Dish Creamy Pumpkin Pie

A pumpkin pie with little sweetener added so that you can really taste the pumpkin and the spices

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons - cinnamon ground
  • 1 9 inch - deep dish pie crust
  • 2 whole - eggs
  • 1 teaspoon - ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon - nutmeg
  • 4 cups - pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 teaspoon - salt
  • 14 ounces - sweet condensed milk

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  • Combine pumpkin, condensed milk eggs and all the spices in a large bowl
  • Mix thoroughly with a wire whisk
  • Add pumpkin mixture to the pie crust
  • Bake in the over for 15 minutes then reduce the heat to 350 degrees and bake for another 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean
