Tikka Massala

Ingredients

  • 2 cans - canned tomatoes 15oz cans
  • 2 lbs - chicken thighs cubed 1''
  • 1.5 cups - coconut milk canned
  • 2 tbsp - garam marsala
  • 3 cloves - garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp - ginger peeled and grated
  • 2 tsp - kosher salt
  • 1 each - onion diced
  • 2 tsp - paprika
  • 2 tbsp - tomato paste

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into slow cooker

  2. Cook on High for 4 hours

  3. Last 30 min. of cooking, add 1.5 cups Coconut milk

  4. Leave uncovered for remaining cooking time
