Banana Pancakes

A nice easy to make and tasty grain free breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 - banana mashed
  • 0.5 tsp - cinnamon powder
  • 2 - eggs beaten
  • 1 pinch - salt

Directions

  1. Mash the bananas and combine with beaten eggs and all other ingredients except the oil.
  2. Heat coconut oil in a pan and then add mixture. Cook for 2 minutes on a medium heat and then turn to cook the other side.
